Reproductive Health
Abortion, miscarriage, fertility... these are just a few reproductive experiences many face. This is trauma - informed, empathetic professional support no matter where you are on your reproductive journey.

Birth Care
From hypnobirth to education regarding common intervention, you receive professional support from a certified expert. We're on the ride with you and we, quite literally, have your back. This includes all encompassing individual (and) partner support and in - person birth attendance.

Postpartum Care
The "Fourth Trimester" is a major life event and this service is completely customized to your needs. Herbalist expertise, overnight care, cultural confinement practices, teaching swaddle techniques, housework... whatever you need, your qualified Doula is here for you.
This includes optional lactation/feeding education and support.

Equity Education
This service is for anyone and everyone. We offer curated workshops, book clubs, and training to groups of three or more. This can range from virtual health equity policy training to in - person breath work circles. Please email for more information and a quote.

Prenatal Visits
Let's get you (and your optional partner) ready for birth and all the things it may bring. Breathwork, positioning, colostrum collection, etc. are all included in this package. You are entitle to as many sessions as you would like and will receive a personalized action plan. Birth attendance is not included.
